Benjamin Dolly is a User Experience Engineer responsible for collaborating with engineers and designers who are partnering in the Gabriella Miller Kids First Data Resource Center to research and develop user-centered experiences and tools to help empower pediatric research.

Before starting at CHOP in February of 2018, Benjamin completed a software engineering fellowship with the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Open Data and Digital Transformation. He also worked as a Front-end engineer for Project Cognoma, an open source project to predict cancer mutations from gene expression profiles, based on public TCGA data.

Benjamin earned a B.F.A in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design. He is committed to working with an extraordinary team of scientist and engineers to help make a difference in pediatric healthcare while advancing the bourgeoning field of computational genomics.
