Bioinformatics Engineer

Brian Ennis is a Bioinformatics Engineer responsible for leveraging software and a variety of tools to help perform large-scale genomic analysis. He is responsible for building, maintaining, and testing workflow pipelines and tools for analysis with cloud computing. He also harmonizes data from multiple sources and performs quality checks.
Prior to joining D3b in March of 2019, Brian interned with the Department of Biomedical and Health Informatics (DBHi) at CHOP from June 2018 to March 2019.
Brain earned a BS in Biology from Penn State University and is currently pursuing a PSM in Bioinformatics at Temple University. He is committed to applying his passion for bioinformatics and for helping others to help the D3b Center impact and change as many lives as possible.
