Colleen Gaynor is an Outreach Specialist supporting D3b’s efforts in advancing pediatric care and research. She specializes in creating effective design and communications that relay D3b’s message to its wide-range of audiences. Colleen also helps strategize and plan D3b’s communication efforts in collaboration with her team members.
Colleen splits her efforts as an Outreach Specialist with the Department of Biomedical and Health Informatics, where she has worked for 12 years. She brings with her an extensive background and understanding of the ever-changing field of pediatric research and an in-depth understanding of the wealth of medical data that exists and the various challenges involving access to the data.
Colleen received a BS in Biology from West Chester University and completed her Post Baccaleaurate Certification in Digital Media from Moore College of Art and Design. Her goal is to help advance pediatric care by supporting researchers doing some of the most innovative work in their fields.
