Zhuangzhuang Geng is a Bioinformatics Scientist responsible for the development of the OpenPedCan project. Additionally, he conducts translational research on the mechanisms and potential therapeutics of pediatric brain tumors.
Zhuangzhuang joined the D3b Center in November of 2022. He completed an MS in Biomedical Science from Temple University before completing a PhD program from Penn State University, focused on the epigenetic regulatory role of Polycomb repressive complex 1 during embryonic development.
Zhuangzhuang is committed to helping discover novel therapeutic approaches for childhood cancer.
