Center for Data Driven Discovery in Biomedicine

Debanjan Haldar is a student researcher working on novel methods of brain tumor classification through the combined use of molecular and radiomic (MRI) data. The goal of his work is to discover clinically relevant correlations between patient imaging and biopsy data in the hopes of augmenting our ability to diagnose disease and plan treatment prior biopsy.
Debanjan joined D3b in 2021 as a MD/MSTR student at the Perelman School of Medicine. He earned a BS in Biomedical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. In the current era of high-throughput computing, he is passionate about leveraging AI to solve hurdles in medicine.
