Data Integration Analyst

Nathan Young is a Data Integration Analyst responsible for helping generate data analytics and reporting for both the D3b Center and the Gabriella Miller Kids First Data Resource Center. Additionally, he assists with clinical data pull requests, data investigation and data management.

Prior to joining CHOP in June of 2019, Nathan was a systems analyst with the INSIGHT Clinical Research Network (CRN) at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York, NY. His work at INSIGHT CRN included a collaboration of six health systems across NYC that offer users with access to a centralized database including 11 years of longitudinal data collected from 12 million unique patients eligible for trial enrollment.

Nathan earned a BA in biology from Columbia University before completing an MS in Health Informatics from the Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences. He loves working with data and finds pediatric research to be especially rewarding. He is excited to work at one of the leading children’s hospitals.
