Dr. Jeffrey Ware is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Pennsylvania. He is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology, along with a sub-specialization in Neuroradiology. His overarching research interests are in translational neuroscience imaging, and he has several years of experience in the analysis of quantitative MRI biomarkers including the construction, validation and implementation of image processing pipelines for multimodal, neuroimaging data analysis.
Jeff has a particular expertise in advanced diffusion and perfusion imaging techniques including dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI, as well as in structural brain tumor imaging analysis including tumor segmentation and volumetrics.
