Neuroradiologist

Dr. Arastoo Vossough is an Associate Professor of Radiology and an Attending Neuroradiologist at the University of Pennsylvania and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He has a long interest in brain tumor imaging analysis using advanced and multi-modal imaging methods. He has been responsible for standardizing and implementing these methods and facilitating collaborative efforts at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He has also received funding and conducted research in various aspects of pediatric and adult brain tumors.
Arastoo completed his residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and a neuroradiology fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School in 2006, where he fulfilled his first faculty appointment before being recruited to Penn. Arastoo holds a board certification in imaging informatics.
