Ximena Cuellar is the Research Business & Administrative Director responsible for traditional administrative tasks including, but not limited to, working with research administration and cores, hospital administration, all HR responsibilities including time and effort, employee learning link requirements, business management and coordination with CHOP legal and OTT for all contractual and business agreements for the Center.
Ximena started at CHOP in February of 2009 as a Clinical Research Specialist and has since held positions including Research Business and Data Coordinator, Field Manager, and Clinical Research Project Manager.
Ximena earned a BBA in International Business Administration & Finance and an MBA with an emphasis in Strategic Management, both from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She is committed to combining her professional skills with the Center’s quest for innovation in healthcare analytics. Ximena believes this culmination will strengthen her business acumen while simultaneously aiding specialized medicine in the future of pediatrics.
