Neda Khalili, MD, MPH

Research Fellow

Center for Data Driven Discovery in Biomedicine

Neda Khalili is a Research Fellow with a primary focus on pediatric brain tumor imaging. One of her current projects aims to develop deep learning models that can differentiate posterior fossa tumors in pediatric patients using advanced imaging modalities. Additionally, Neda is actively engaged in a research project centered around patients diagnosed with progressive low-grade glioma that involves a comprehensive review of Electronic Health Records (EHR) data (both clinical and imaging data).

Prior to joining the D3b Center in July of 2023, Neda completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at Johns Hopkins University Department of Radiology.

Neda earned both an MD and MPH degree from Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Her experience at D3b has heightened her enthusiasm for pursuing a career as a future radiologist.
