Sheridan Schwartz is a Clinical Research Coordinator responsible for implementing changes to D3b’s clinical database (REDCap) and managing access and training for REDCap both within D3b and externally with D3b partner institutions.

Prior to joining D3b in June of 2023, Sheridan worked in research coordination roles at the University of California, San Francisco, the Huntsman Cancer Institute of the University of Utah and the University of Pennsylvania. Her work covered research in areas such as gastrointestinal rare diseases, inherited high-risk cancer syndromes, and dermatologic cancer. Additionally, she worked at Walt Disney World.

Sheridan completed a B.S. in Genetics from Iowa State University. She is committed to improving the lives of children with rare diseases and their families by supporting research aimed toward precision medicine.
