Yuankun Zhu is the D3b Director of Bioinformatics responsible for building a reproducible and dockerized pipeline to accelerate genomics sequencing and data analysis for the D³b Center. He is also responsible for developing data visualization tools for processed data, ensuring the integrated features of Seven Bridges Genomics Cancer Genomics Cloud and Cavatica function within the data portal. He leverages and optimize resources from Amazon Web Services and also helps to develop tools to automate data flow between different applications, such as the data repository, data processing platforms and data visualization portals.
